This Privacy Policy explains how Vyomify ("Vyomify", "we", "us"), operated by Vyomify Fashion Tech LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit vyomify.com, contact us, or use products and services we operate, including apps that connect to Meta platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company details and any message you send us.
- Information from connected platforms: when you choose to connect a Meta account (for example, through Facebook Login, Instagram or the WhatsApp Business Platform), we receive only the data you authorise. This may include your public profile, email address, Page or business account details, and messages sent to or from a business account that uses our tools.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve our products and services.
- To respond to your enquiries and give you support.
- To run chatbot, messaging and automation features you or your business have enabled.
- To keep our services secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use data from Meta platforms for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the feature you authorised.
3. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our services (such as hosting, cloud and AI infrastructure providers). They are bound by contract to protect the data. We also share data when the law requires it, or with your consent.
4. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you, including data we received from Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp:
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us which account or app the request is about.
- You can also remove our app's access at any time from your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days.
8. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above.
