These Terms govern your use of vyomify.com and the products and services provided by Vyomify ("Vyomify", "we", "us"), operated by Vyomify Fashion Tech LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India,. By using them, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Vyomify builds and operates software products and provides AI development services, including agents, chatbots, automation and custom applications. Client projects are also governed by the separate agreement or statement of work signed for that project. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes priority.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes using them to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam or unsolicited messages, interfere with our systems, or break the terms of any third-party platform (such as Meta) that our services connect to.

3. Accounts and third-party platforms

Some features connect to third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Intellectual property

Our website, products, brand and content belong to Vyomify or its licensors. For client work, ownership of deliverables is set out in the project agreement.

5. AI output

AI systems can produce inaccurate or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, especially for important decisions.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end access to our services if these Terms are broken. You may stop using our services at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
